Knox County Library Picks for January

This month, we have recommendations from Erin Nguyen, Library Children's Services Manager with the Knox County Public Library. All titles are new at the Knox County Public Library.

Axolotl and Axolittle by Jess Hitchman
Axolotl and Axolittle are total opposites through and through, but after a squabble, they learn to make up and get along, as siblings often do. Ages 3-7

Where the Deer Slip Through by Katey Howes
Throughout the course of a beautiful summer day, from sunrise to moonrise, a host of animals find their way through a gap in the hedge, bringing the farm to life. Ages 4-8

Go, Sloth, Go! by Toni Yuly
After some sleep, Sloth is ready to eat. Take a trip to the rainforest and cheer for the hungry sloth, who takes her time - through thicket and vine - in search of the tastiest leaves. Sometimes slow is the best way to go! Ages 3-7
