Friends of Literacy 2021 Literacy Luau

Put on your favorite Hawaiian shirt and join us for a fun evening of food, music, dancing, and recognition of our 2020 Community Literacy Heroes. We didn’t get to honor them last year, so we’re doing it now.

To purchase tickets online, click here. To purchase by phone, call 865-549-7007. Tickets are $75 each or $550 for a table (seats 8). Each ticket includes heavy hors d’oeuvres and one glass of wine or beer. You may purchase tickets through August 10.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with current CDC guidelines, masks will be required in the indoor area during this event, except when eating or drinking.

Proceeds support the Adult Reading, ESL, Reading Mentors, Family Literacy, and GED/HiSET Prep programs at Friends of Literacy.

Make your own blown glass pumpkin! Join Friends of Literacy at Marble City Glassworks on October 16th, 18th or 20th. Just $60 for this unique hands on experience and $30 will be donated to Friends of Literacy.  30 minute time slots begin at 4:00 pm each day.
